Based on details of grandson's death while in his grandparents' care, cavalier attitudes resulted in death – grandmother fell asleep and grandfather went to the store: whatever, disingenuous of mother to leave child in care of grandmother.
Grandpa is saying they watched Baby Uriel two to five times a week, and Uri's mom said she took her everywhere with her; that this was the first time she went alone anywhere/to the beauty shop. Hmmmm….

SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT!!. Traci manages to let her grandson drown a year prior. Then, somehow, she has custody of her second grandchild AGAIN! Then she leaves poor Uriel to her own demise in a hot car. She only noticed her grand daughter because she had to pick up a 3rd grandchild? How!?
Between each family member, the entire hearing is BEYOND SUSPICIOUS!
ESPECIALLY finding out that the jurors were not permitted to be informed about Uriels 16 month old brothers death (by drowning) the year prior.
They should have been informed with ALL THE FACTS!
Traci will be back next year with a third "accident." Mark my words!
Traci deserves to be in prison. As a parent myself, this entire thing is suspicious. No sane parent would allow a second child to be watched by someone so reckless and evil.
I would NEVER allow my mother to be near any grandchild ever again. There is no excuse for this to happen a second time!
Parents should also be charged afterall who would willingly let someone …anyone babysit your baby when they already neglected your other baby who also died.
Was there life insurance policies on these children? I had three under the age of five by the age of 25. I "lost" one For about 10 minutes in Walmart. I just don't understand how this could happen and twice?
This prosecutor did not want her convicted and was just going through the motions or he is ineffective. Terrible attorney. He should have squeezed every drop of that CPR out of the grandfather. Just Terrible.

The second daughter also left her 2 children with her mother regularly after the death of ezra
2 to 5 days a week watching children at that age is a full time job. *iF true the parents were also negligent in my personal opinion. I understand helping when you can but Not 5 days a week babysitting as grandparents. If your on Rx drugs you also need to look at side effects and say No I'm not up to watching my grandbaby or grandchild.
In my opinion, perhaps many people will not like it, but a grandmother loves her grandchildren with all her heart. I am a grandmother and I know that she loved her grandchildren or loves them and I know that her intention was not to make them hurt her grandchildren but sometimes human beings are so bad and I can understand the mother's pain but she also has to understand her mother's pain she did not do it with any intention that grandmother is going to want to kill her grandson simply if We are so delicate because we are not looking for a person who will They take care of our grandchildren and we pay but really that was an accident and unfortunately even the man had to pay for this difficult thing now and we are being very bad in judging this grandmother
The mother lives ed she said she normally had her baby with her all the time 2 to 5 days a week is a lot to watch a baby and did the daughter know her mother was taking all of these medications? Did anyone in the family notice a change in the mothers behavior and when?
