  1. Towers seem to think progress = going back in time.
The whole raised plinth thing is embarrassing and the name and colour scheme are poor.
Won't be back next year and gutted at what they are doing to the place.

  2. loved ripsaw back in the day so nice to see the twin gondola version come to AT

However, if you go to the huss website, and look at their products, it appears they still do the jump2? which is a massive ride! they could have gone for that. and before anyone says, no way could AT have the jump2 with the tree height restriction, well just do what they always do, dig down, a massive pit and then install jump2 in there haha

  3. Seriously Towers need more attractions that cater for those just above 1.0 because there’s nothing! My little one 4 years old LOVES the park but octo is about the only thing he can go on bar the baby rides you know..
RMT used to be 0.9 for the past 15 odd years.. now last year raised it to 1.1 ?! Why.. frustrating when little one goes on it then next year ..oh you’re not tall enough?!? Was it not safe? Like why do that.. when it’s been operating 0.9 for literally years and years!! Man the plans for that new ride in cbbs looks like a boring baby ride too. THERES NO MIDDLE GROUND. You’ve got the baby rides at 0.9 then a jump to 1.1. Blade was perfect at 1.0 he went on that loads and as a 4YEAR OLD LOVER OF NEMESIS and just rollercoasters in general loved being in forbidden Forrest. Will still go down there but just disappointing and silly of management to be honest. Sound cheers guys love love love

  4. How excited can you really be for a flat ride? I don't think the GP will be tempted to go to AT for this investment, particularly as there are now less rides on offer than last season. This 2025 season feels very weak, and it hasn't even started!
Then it's the Bluey coaster coming after… looks like us coaster enthusiats are going to be waiting a long time for anything to get the excitements levels really going at AT!

  5. Glad to see you lads back! The platform is certainly a funny one… views of a decaying Galactica or views of an empty space where Blade used to swing… other than the world's first (and the tallest) thing I can't see why else they'd dump it up there

  6. Ultimately I'm happy that there's another ride coming to towers as at the end of the day, something is better than nothing but it's about time we saw something really new and ground breaking, it's been 6 years since Wickerman and all we've seen is Dual Reborn, Nemesis Reborn, Hex Reborn, Ripsaw Reborn and possibly soon Galactica Reborn. The overlays might be different but essentially we're still getting the same theme park experience as 6 years ago. I also don't really see the theming working, unless they have the Nemesis vines climbing up the ride arms I can't see it fitting in to the valley at all.

  7. I'm still mad about the removal of blade and enterprise, maybe its just because I love history and these rides were from the 80s but the park just feels too coaster heavy now and like you guys were saying, they're getting less inclusive for families which shouldn't be the case for the UK's no.1 theme park. I think they should halt any new installations and focus on the rides they've got at the moment such as performing essential maintenance and refurbishments to keep them reliable and looking fresh and also invest money in bringing back family rides such as the Charlie and the chocolate factory ride building or the ice age theatre

  8. For the families being split up side of things, that’s something they’ll just have to deal with for the time being until they get a replacement for blade.

Toxic was never going to be a replacement for blade but rather a replacement/updated version of ripsaw and replacement for funky fly.

I get the feeling blade going was really something they were left with no choice with as it was probably reached the end of its life without significant money being spent.

I think when they purchased the top spin and two other flats apparently, they probably didn’t know that blade was going to go at that point.

  9. One of the comments saying I can’t help, but think the GP will just think it’s ripsaw coming back.

My opinion/attitude of that is well, that’s on them, if they’re too ignorant oto know the difference and to know that it’s a brand-new ride that’s their problem🤷‍♂️

    The GP don’t know shit!😂

  10. Well ive missed rameses revenge at chessington so nice in that aspect for me, but yes its the same ride just sat differently and higher because of a platform i would of liked it just to be rip saw again to be honest at least it woukd look the same as nemesis black and red but i eouldnt say its very exciting yes ill ride it but it could have been a bit more thought out in the positioning of the ride because as jake said its going to be in a strange area with not much to see, great video guys good to see you back in the studio happy riding 🙏
