Nice Set up! I use the same for my main rig for 1080p 20gb ram modified Dell Optiplex Mobo. I get 38-40 fps in towns and 80 in the open areas. The CPU is definitely a bottleneck for the 1650S but tweak your Nvidia Control Panel settings and it'll run like a top for the most part.
