Hmm time to type in GOOGLE Are there Alligators in Windermere Florida? Homes are really nice but to sell a 4Million Dollar home in LA to move in with Alligators in FL just doesn't seem to make sense.

Absolutely love this house, beautiful inside and out. As a bonus it has real grass. I understand the fake turf, and hate it. This home demands a dog or 3. This is certainly one of my favorites you have shown us. (How many times have I said that?) My favorite room? That hangout/bonus/office room. For me, I think a library (shout out to Hailey) with comfortable outside furniture and a more substantial fire pit.
