Replacing your dreadspears with corsairs would be a good idea. Not only is the upkeep cheaper, but some of Lokhirs buffs can turn them into absolute monsters.
Almost feel like this campaign should use the mod that adds ind, kuresh, Nippon and warhammer Korea.

Is there a reason you never played Cathay? Nobody seems to have a done a single Immortal Empires campaign for them.
I find that sending a loaded Black Ark over to Karond Kar to either take it back by force, or take it from your kin by force, is a much more fun line of play than confederating early. You definitely want the special building, but imo Alice is the most obnoxious LL to actually fight manually, other than maybe Ikit.

22:11 you can stacked spikey hydra passive and character with enemy leadership reduction and doom & darkness and boom, you got elite enemy unit with 67 or 58 leadership. cause fear gives -8 leadership, while terror if enemy on 13 leadership it's instant route
