I wonder why Military Allies go full stupid. Does it all come back to anti-player bias? Does everyone start attacking them because of their relationship to your faction? Either way, taking care of the Northern Dwarfs as Kislev was at leas 1/4 of my turns.
Tbf MA, this new Imperialis stuff is just the HH Epic Scale stuff so it's SM, Mechanicum, IG (or whatever it used to be called back in the day, Solar Auxillia I think) and I'm willing to bet Custodes too. There were all the factions as Epic Scale at one point including the dwarfs but this is just the revival. Wish they'd get it over and done with though so I can get my hands on the Titanicus kits again, I'm looking to fill out my Vulturm force and slowly becoming a skeleton waiting on them. I just want my Warbringer and Iconoclast man T_T, I wanna chainsword with the biggest chainsword.
But I'm not gonna argue, SM is the most boring faction…. as a Bugs, Daemons and Knights collector bias is not included.

28:15 the blue bombardment doesn't give much damage unless you upgrading it, the more you upgrading it the longer the duration of the bombardment
Since defending the river crossings seem to be pointless, maybe you should have your black arks spread out to start taking coastal settlements? Since you can rush construction, you can probably get some very beefy defenses quite quickly.
I think the order tide tends to be better allies, must have something to do with being raiding and sacking economies in tandem with auto resolve favoring ranged armies
