What moders lack in animation and models, they compensate with unit, faction and skill stats and mechanics, making games fun, yes, sometimes mods are weird or/and "Horny", but, we don't Kink Shame.

you also need map pack frame work mod to get custom araby maps. Maybe thats the source of your problems. Check the mod page for the mod

Oh, the mod has some minor interactions with the other OVN mods, like you can encounter fimir and dread king legions units in caravan incidents etc
So with Snowpiercer(if I remember right), it's essentially a big perpetual motion machine, with most of its systems(including the life support to keep the interior warm enough) utilizing the forward motion of the train… And the guy in the show that designed it essentially was Elon Musk… complete with the God complex and hatred of poor and brown people(more implied, but pretty evident)
I believe the enchanted ropes are using the K'dai fireborn animations
