  1. Yeah the Destroyer was a let down isn't it? Even after they buffed the unbreakable thing, you'll have more value getting 2-3 bull centaur than that thing. Been noticing it a lot with other big units actually. Dread Saurian, Hierotitan came to mind, big stompy thing with truckload of Weapon Strength but barely do any damages. Why's that? Mostly because 1) they have fairly low melee attack (MA) and 2) having high splash attacks. Animation plays a role too but thats another thing. (Incoming 🤓 moment)

    The first point is pretty self-explanatory. Take a look at 29:21, the Destroyer is charging at a vanilla Tomb Guard (TG), no Halberd, no charge defense, etc. and they barely took damages because they have 50 melee defence (MD) whilst the Destroyer has 52 MA (well 82 actually if we add up his 30 charge bonus but can we really call that pathetic display a charge?). After its meagre charge bonus disappear after 10 seconds or so, it'll have just 52 MA and those value are too close to TG MD that there's a very high chance they dodge it attacks. A reminder that this is just regular TG, the Halberd version who has even more MD and not just that, but AP damage and bonus vs large would just straight up destroyed it.

    Moving on to second point, splash attack. Okay first of all wtf is splash attack? Splash attacks refers to the max amount of entity that a unit can hit. The Destroyer has 12 max splash attack. On paper this sounds good right? It attacks and 12 dudes turns into jam right? Well no. Why? Refers to paragraph above on why this is a lot harder to do. Secondly, you need to divide its weapon strength (WS) up-to 12 entity. It has 748 WS if you take a look at 29:15. Now a unit of TG consist of 120 units (on ultra unit scale), each has 82 HP per entity totalling to 9840 HP. Okay now lets do the math, 748/12 = 62 (rounded down). Even if it connects it attack, it still can't killed a single entity of TG which is just lame.

    Which is weird becuase we have the Chad War Mammoth and Rogue Idol that just shits on line of infantries like nobodies business so who knows. Well actually I do and its because of their animation. I could typed another paragraph but its 1:08 am where I'm from and I'm wasting my life ranting on stats on a strategy game I should just stop.

    Tl;dr Big stompy boys needs buff.

  2. The manasword spell was no light magic in secret of mana but in the mana magic. And bith the princess and the pixi got a spell and had only two other spells in that magic till the last boss. The princess was the only one with light magic and it gave her her first real attack spell with light beam.

  3. Ushabti with bows actually have the same melee stats as regular ushabti, they just have lower health, weapon strength and leadership (also less splash). IE they'll still splat chaff in a pinch
