  1. 3:58 This is why lords like Nakai are the best ones to play (imo). Horde factions really allow you to travel across the map and interact with the world, instead of being restrained to your surrounding area for 200 turns.

I mean, what’s the point of having such a big map and so many factions when you’ll only see a fourth of them during your entire playthrough? In trailers they show stuff like “You’ll be able to conquer Cathay as Brettonia or Naggarond as the Ogres”, but you can’t do that in game because the AI forces you to stay in one place.

  2. A Be'lakor campaign would be really fun after this, since he's postioned in a way very similar to Norsca, a unique faction that fights the northern coast of the empire, and see how much CA improved on the concept.

  3. For trading settlements, its worth building level 1 barracks in the settlement you want to sell. For some reason it shoots up its value for the AI (sometimes by an insane amount)

  4. You know what I just realized while watching this? I haven't seen Khazrak in quite a while, even though I've even started campaigns in his area. Also, 2.5 armies and almost 5k income (with raiding) before turn 50, Norsca income isn't bad at all anymore.

  5. Nr 1, Mad respect you're putting up with Norsca, they used to be my favourite faction in TWW I (I thought the theming was cool okay???) but ever since those halcyon days they have been much reduced.
nr 2. don't think I've ever seen someone properly engage the agency thing before. its really bothered me about III since the very beginning because the AI just dogpiles you and while sure you can always beat them its always connected to such a boring damn grind, that just always cheapens the gameplay for me immensely. Sure, its a challenge I guess, but its not the kind of naturally arising evil you'd run into in older games I feel like. I remember in Empire having to fight off crapstacks of Mughals with a battered little colonial force because I was tied up elsewhere, that was something that organically arose from gameplay. Half the world sending their five crapstacks at me while they have better things to do? Thats just grind and wasting time I could spend with more engaging things like racing snails. Maybe thats just me though.

  6. I am actually starting to doubt that you enjoy playing TW:W3 anymore. It sometimes feels like half the videos nowadays are just complaining about stuff, that is not present in for example the distant worlds ones. Which is fine, but for me personally I just enjoy watching the MA that is having fun and makes dumb jokes about stuff. If you actually are getting burnt out on WH I would prefer you maybe branching out for a while. I loved the BG3 livestreams for example, those where a ton of fun!

This might be just me tho, but it is sincerely my thoughts and opinions. I have been a massive fan of you ever since I stumbled upon an old WH1 lets play years and years ago, literally the only youtube guy I have joined up on the discord for lol 🙂
