  1. This will porbably go unnoticed but I might be wrong. If you complain about other faction leaders not wanting to cozy up to you and give you trade agreements or non.angression pacts here is a tip for you – research the tech that gives you relations with other factions. The impact of this will be greater the sooner you get it done.

  2. There are a couple items you can craft with oathgold that provide regen, I think the better of the two is the Ironwarden's Tankard? But I can't remember what the other one is called… I think one is a talisman the other is an enchanted item. Regardless, I had one of them on Ungrim from the mid-late game and that + his quest items just about made him a one man doomstack. Best part is you can craft them as many times as you want so you can give all your lords and heroes regeneration. Well worth the oathgold.

  3. Love the dwarfs in the old world mod. In vanilla, the mountains just don't have the depth to really build up a safe, softer, economy focused core as basically every settlement can be jumped from the outside by someone with underway stance. In the old world mod, the mountains are huge, plus the eastern side is the edge of the map which makes that side a lot safer. Then, because of the distance between settlements, the movement debuff most factions get is much more impactful. Makes the mountains an actual good defensible position instead of the swiss cheese they are in vanilla
