Reed takes a break from his PhD dissertation and joins the team in battling their way through a line of chasers to get close to a stovepipe tornado on April 14th, just outside of Hesston, KS.

I was only 10 years old when his came out, and even before this, I always had a fascination with the weather. When this series came out, I fell more in love with the weather!! Even though it terrifies me sometimes, I still cannot stop watching how unbelievably FAST that thing was spinning at 19:05, then watching it rope out had me in a trance!!!
I live in the UK and have never seen a tornado IRL, its always been a dream of mine before i die to see one. But thanks to your uploads and determination I can get really close. Thank you Reed!

An hour ago a strong storm hit Knoxville. Clinton and heiskell Tennessee. The winds were up to 60 mph and there was quarter sized hail. It had constant lightning and thunder. It was one of the worst storms ive ever been in.
