You should had included KH3 water levels in the Pirates of Caribbean world, they were awesome. I mean it.
Miiverse Guy. This one's for you
Burenia doesn’t have an EMMI section tho. There are parts of EMMI sections with water but not in Burenia.
While you only go in the water before going into the level, the Sunken City of Stars from Atelier Ryza 2 is one of my favorite water-themed areas.
Love, love, LOVE Rayman Legends!! That last room in Mansion of the Deep is my favorite to run through without stopping❤
I wanna take a wild guess and the next countdown is fighting games which I can't what for, mainly to see if you do something like you did with this list where instead of calling it a remaster you called it rehydrated and there's a lot of fun for fighting games countdown remaster (cough) Dead Rising 3's DLC (cough)
Fighting games list next! Nice!
Thanks for giving me the push to get into the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games, by the way! A blast!
actually 20,000 lums under the sea might be a reference to the book 20,000 leagues under the sea
I also rather liked the water temple from OoT, and feel it gets undeserved criticism. Though I also gave a soft spot for the water dungeon in A Link to the Past, usually one of the first dungeons I complete in the dark world for that useful hookshot.
Honorable mention here: Gloomy Galleon. That level is an aquaphob's nightmare mainly cause of just what you don't know of what expect down there. Sure you have sunken ships with starfish hounding you and the fact that it's dark as hell at night in there makes it more stressful not as stressful as when that FREAKING ROBOT FISH SHOWS UP. Man I did not look forward to that junk especially since I was still recently recovering from my encounter with snacker in Banjo-kazooie (the game that made me fear going in video game water for the rest of the late 90's) but I knew a gold banana was in that thing so with some support I got that banana and bolted. Pufftoss wasn't too bad of a boss fight but screw that timer.
Bubble Man's Stage. Nuff said.
Correction, the flooding of Faron Woods occurs at the end of the game, where you’re collecting pieces of the Song of the Hero, aka long AFTER you go through the Ancient Cistern. Other than that, everything else about that entry is pretty solid to me.
Oh please oh please do a top ten spooky levels for Halloween pretty please?
Request: Top 10 video game steeds (ex Yoshi, Rambi, Epona)
I want it to 3:43
I remember back when my DS lite was still working I would be constantly try to beat my record on any of the Aquarium Park levels.
i played skyward sword on the wii when i was like… 8 years old. The ancient cistern gave nightmares for weeks, ESPECIALLY the rope section.
i am kinda late to the party. can you do a top 10 bosses you had to run away from next? if you do, i nominate mama bear from dark deception and undine from undertale.
I'm unsure if wether I should sing Ocean Man or Under the Sea for this countdown.
Maybe a mashup of both?
20000 lums under the sea from rayman legends is my favorite!
Fun Fact: The eels from Super Mario 64 make an appearance in Seaside Kingdom under their current name, Maw-Ray. They are redesigned to have more detailed appearance with realistic anatomy as well as menacing, glowing eyes. They attack by lunging out of their nesting spots at a high rate of speed before snapping their enormous jaws and receding, and can be positioned either horizontally or vertically.
The reason I think they don't make Rayman games is cuz of the earsplitting Rabbids. Which make me want to punt the Rabbids to the moon. Although I might enjoy thr Mario Rabbids games
Best dungeon in skyward sword not just a water dungeon but one the heavily references Buddhist mythos
Title says water levels and shows an eel on the thumbnail.
Me: Why is brain screaming?
There's something so serene about water levels so I love it when they're done well.
I'm so happy rayman legends won, that world is insanely good and deserves more praise.
Honorable mentions: Splash and Aqua Garden from the respective NiGHTS into Dreams, and NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams. Both are aquatic-themed levels in their individual games, with Aqua Garden having more undersea areas like the one where you play as Helen to try and find NiGHTS after the two are separated due to Wizeman's meddling.
Did you know that the Japanese story of the fisherman is actually the origin of the Isekai genre
I understand why it could make the list but I wish Starfy could have gotten an honorable mention.
