  1. I've also really enjoyed the current hulk run. very glad to see hulk going back to horror after the smashtronaut stuff which was so unfocused and had such poor characterization it gave me jason aaron hulk flashbacks

  2. What are your thoughts on The Sickness by Launa Nadler & Jenna Cha published by Uncivilized books. I wanted this book on you're list just so i could hear your thoughts on it. Your opinions on comics and creative teams are important and thoughtful and are greatly appreciated

  3. I love horror comics. Always underrated.
Really enjoyed The Nice House on the Lake, Door x Door Night x Night, and especially Cullen Bunns new series The Midnite Show(absolutely love this one so far)

  4. I go to my LCS for new comics every week, but when I see one of these roundup lists from Chris, I realize he reads way more comics than I do. Despite being a horror fan in general, I don’t think I read 10 distinct horror titles this year.

  5. Comics are such a visual medium, these recommendations aren't working for me without getting excited by seeing the art. In your past lists like this, I went and got things because the art you showed motivated me. I understand you're very busy right now, but this would have been so much better with art and without superchats.

  6. I loved reading Night of the Ghoul! Scott Snyder is one of my favorites and Francavilla’s artwork for the parts that took place in the past was fantastic. Really captured the old black and white horror vibe of the WWII era.
