I've never experienced sleep paralysis before but my son has when he was about 18. He freaked out at first thought he saw something in the corner of his room, then his girlfriend I guess snuggled closer to him and the figure went away. At least that's what he told me I obviously can't say it's 100% true but I believe him he was really freaked out.
