KOTOR. Ir you like the style, it still holds up. I still go back for a run or two every few months.
Roller coaster tycoon?
Resident Evil 4 is my favorite game on the PS2
Vice City is honestly unplayable by modern standards, let's be real.
Still have a copy of Tekken 3 and emulated on my pc. That was game that introduced me to fighting games as a genre.
Just started the video. And super Metroid and Link to the past are the two games that come to mind
I knew Super Mario World would be number 1.
Toe Jam & Earl (Genesis)
I guess I can sort of understand the lack of mention for this one, but it’s also quite a shame:
Portal 2, for me at least, is one of the most groundbreaking games of all time. The gameplay of Portal itself was already brilliant, and the simple yet cleaver plot was genius.
Then the sequel pushed everything to 11 with the insanely rich storyline, amazing voice-acting (from the likes of JK Simmons, Stephen Merchant and Ellen McLain) and clever gameplay. Not to mention the insanely fun multiplayer mode.
In my opinion, to this day (13 years later), it holds up
—gameplay and world-building wise.
BioShock was released in the late 2000s.
Also, it's been two decades since Half-Life 2 came out.
Lastly, Tails debuted in the Master System Sonic 2.

Final Fantasy XIII still looks beautiful today, might play a bit strange, no stranger than release date though. There’s no doubt that the graphics haven’t really aged though.
I’m shocked no Pokemon games made this list they all have aged pretty good minus gen 1 and diamond and pearl.
The update on GTA Definitive Edition def is a huge help
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles in Time didn't make this list?!😢
Every gamecube game has aged great
Star Wars Rogue Squadron ll Rogue Leader and Metroid Prime are 2 criminal omissions. Both aged WAYYY better than Halo CE.
Crysis, Quake 4, Doom 3, F.E.A.R.
Half Life 2 doesn't belong because it helped to shape the genre, so now if someone goes back to it for the first time, it can feel pretty underwhelming. It's like putting Goldeneye on here
The SNES is an absolute masterpiece console. Why do we need new consoles? Why not bring back the SNES? Those games on that console are great!
Donkey Kong Country is 30 years old this month. Let that sink in for a moment. Tetris, 40 years old this year.
My favorite is roller coaster tycoon 1/2
No mention for Team Fortress 2? Fail.
The Adventures of Batman and Robin (SEGA) is extremely underrated and you guys missed out on that one. nothing younger than 2005 games should be on this list
