  1. Open world games should just stop being made. Elden Ring was the peak of this entire concept. And once you've reached the top the only way forward is down. Especially since most open world games are just Ubisoft-style checklist simulators.

  2. There is some other games, but it is not open world, or is known to not be yet, still. Maybe you could also do those too, Like I’m a huge fan of PAYDAY 2 And PAYDAY 3 is actualy coming out this year or early 2024.

  3. What I would like to see in an open world is a mechanic where the land is slowly being takan over by dark forces/bad guys etc and killing mobs/ bosses and army in the open world would essentually push back the dark forces takan over the land and if you dont then areas legit will get takan over and change how the world is

  6. Wow, I feel like last years were not that good compared to like 2010 and stuff and in many of those compilations I only like a few but this top 25 has around 15 games for me which are interesting at least.
Think 2023 is going to be a good year for gaming with titles that looks like they are being made for fun

  7. RE SOTF. A YouTuber who is huge in the forest community (blanking on his name sorry) got to play the game for a week. They flew him down. He signed NDA, but was able to say the game is FANTASTIC, it runs beautifully, has a lot of unique features not found in any other games and we should all be looking forward to it. Plus be said he's VEEY confident the game will release on time and we shouldn't anticipate any more delays.
