I guess it might've not really…..fit in(?) on this list of super villains etcetc, but I think you could prolly argue Mewtwo from the pokemon series/movie, having a place on this list. Even though he/it, in the end kinda goes soft and all.. But before that moment, he really is a bad ass motherfucker who doesn't seem to care about anyone but himself. I know most people don’t consider Dragon Ball Z to be real anime these days, but that’s only because it got so popular. It turned into something else it definitely started off as anime, and it ends as anime. In my opinion, Frieza was overpowered for a long part of the show until his death.
