  1. Out of all the HTTYD villains listed on this list they should’ve also included Dagur & Johann
Dagur started off as a crazed warlord who’s unpredictability & determination can bring fear & intimidation towards his foes. Plus throughout the rest of the series he’s slowly became more of an antihero as we learn more about his background & the growth he developed in learning about his father & bonded with his sister Heather.
Then there’s Johann, he was an antagonist that NO ONE saw coming!😱
Like Viggo & Grimmel, Johann is extremely cunning & calculative. However unlike those two, Johann knew how to play the long game in getting what he wants. He spent his years masquerading as a timid & annoying seafaring man traveling port to port to trade goods & being a loyal ally & friend to Hiccup & his loved ones, but in reality he’s a thief whom steals & murders other sailors & perceived their adventure stories as his own to cover his tracks while also abusing the Hooligan tribes trust to get what he desired the most, the king of dragons. His use of emotional manipulation managed to threw off Hiccup & his father & nearly succeeded in obtaining his life’s goal.

  2. I haven't finished this yet but….I'd honestly place Viggo A LOT higher on this list. No matter how many times I watch Race to The Edge, he still gives me the creeps and his plots leave me reeling. And if I were to go up against any of the listed villains, I'd least want to go up against Viggo, Krogan and Johan. All three are despicable, murderous, cold, calculating, and masters of dragon knowledge and manipulation. That said, I'd also place Krogan and Johan higher than Viggo because they have less of a conscious than Viggo does which makes them far more dangerous. All three should be higher on this list.

But I agree with everyone else mentioned having a place on this list. They're all great villains and are worth of their recognition, even if I don't agree with the exact placements.

  3. As someone who has seen very few dreamworks movies, during the video I was actually “please have a king fu panda villain, please have a king fu panda villain,” but shen being number 1 was awesome

  4. Vigo should have been way higher on this list he is awesome I consider him to be better than the movie villains because he had a really good personality and was really smart and could have possibly destroyed all of the dragons if he didn’t have a change of heart though I did cry when he died

  5. Added on to Ramesis:

He didn't care how much his own people got hurt by the plagues as a consequence to his stubbornness

Also I would add his father Ramesis the first:

    Slavery
    Infanticide of countless Hebrew babies

  6. Absolutely agree with Shen being first place. He is my favorite Dreamworks villain and Gary Oldmans voice acting was PERFECTION. His design is so good and Kung Fu Panda 2 in general is a great movie.

  7. I don’t know how much of a villain we are classing him (cause he’s typically only territorial and only really seen attacking the Penguins and Lemurs), but Joey from the Penguins of Madagascar Show was one of my favorite characters. I have no idea why.

But for confirmed Villains, Dr Blowhole and Dave, both from the Madagascar Franchise.

  8. Ramses ain’t a villain. What god and Joseph did was just as horrible if not worse than Ramses did. Ramses had slaves. So? Everyone had up until the 19th century. Conquered people became slaves or subjects. Simple as that. Capture a city and you rape and enslave the woman and children and either kill or enslave the men. George Washington owned slaves. Is he a bad guy then? How about Constantine the great? The emperor of Roman making Europe Christian? Yeah he owned a shit ton of slaves he did not care about more than Ramses. Christianity has such dubble standard when it comes to good and evil. It’s evil when you do it to those who blindly follow god but just if you do it to heathens.

No, that movie was a story about two brothers both doing bad shit to each others people. Same coin different side. That’s why it’s such a great movie. No one is really good or evil.

  9. Sorry everyone, but, Lord Farquaads the best. Willingness to torture/interrogate(Ginger), "many of you might die, but, it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make." OK with becoming a prince by locking his bride in a cell forever! This guy is pure evil, and I can't get enough of John Lithgows portrayal of him!!! #1 Most Evil. 😈
