It's bloody irritating that you constantly say "in case you missed it", "in case you missed out on". If you are running a games news and review channel, then a huge portion of the content you deliver will be new and a huge portion will be already known to your audience. When you deliver already known content, you will feel inadequate as you are not "news" anymore, you failed on your purpose. If you can accept this and not react to it by inserting in unnecessary phrases every second sentence, you will actually make much better and less irritating videos. 🙂 In a way by being able to feel inadequate (without trying to constantly fight it) you will be less inadequate (you won't say defensive sentences every second sentence that are unprofessional and irriatate your audience to hell.
