I don't get why someone with a mental health condition get realised so much earlier. Some MH conditions can be so unstable its just a b**b waiting to go off. Having a mental health disorder myself, just missing 1 dose makes me a totally different person. They should be held in a MH hospital to protect the rest of the public.

This is for the Christopher Lee Ruffin case. The tasersboth probes to touch the human skin in order to work. If the probes touch personโs clothes, belt, or the unit/battery fails then the taser doesnโt work. Also not every is gonna be affected by a taser, thereโs times of it working on some people, but other times a taser didnโt work on people.

I like how you said the inmate "floated down the American River on a raft." Have you ever SEEN the American River? The majority of it is solid whitewater. He might have carried the raft down the banks of the American, but even that would have been a major ordeal, due to the massive boulders lining the edges.
