Looking forward to a horizon zero dawn adaptation, the world and story is amazing and filled with lore.

One thing that hit me and affected me the most was the "unnamed boy". He looked and dress just like my son
I love how this is being hailed as one of the best adaptations of a video game solely because they just simply used the source material. Every other adaptations strays wayyyy too far from the source material making poor decisions and stupid gimmicks. Praise the creators & HBO for allowing this to stay true to an amazing franchise.

You're a little inaccurate about ellie and the guitar. You stated Joel gave it to her and shortly died afterwards. But actually in the game he gave it to her in a flashback. She has years to practice before he dies. And when he did die Ellie immediately went to get revenge, I don't know how much practicing was going on.
