It's a heartbreaking movie, he was trapped in a golden cage and forced to work even when he's mentally and physically broken 😭😭😭 I feel really really sad for him….

Tom Parker was promoting Hank Snow and was not a carny
Just watched it, it’s garbage, full of crap
10 is kinda wrong. They literally showed Parker managing Hank Snow at the beginning of the movie
Absolutely loved the movie and love Elvis!
The movie was crap abd he looked nothing like elvis and it wasn't accurate movie and boring as hell
Never really was an Elvis Presley fan before seeing the movie, however the movie really opened up my eyes to what I’ve been missing all these years. I was happy to learn that my birthday has historical reference to when Elvis and his mother were laid to rest in their final resting at Graceland (October 2nd).
Why even make a correlation with Elvis and that terrible brie Larson trash Captain Marvel?
“Although some would accuse Elvis of cultural appropriation”… Oh God give me a break who? I mean who from his day not the lightweight pussies of this modern generation who get offended by everything and constantly feel the need to virtue signal
I think Austin Butler was awesome & deserves an Oscar.🎉
Total "woke" narrative in this synopsis. There is No such thing as "cultural appropriation ".
Total BS.
Really sorry but I didn't find what I adore about Elvis in this movie.
No way I could watch this, with Tom H, with all the likelihood that he did what I saw on his Insta post
i wanna adress something. this is the second time i watch this video right after i watched the movie and ( although not much ) it is said that when Pricilla left in the movie Elivs said that when he is 50 she will be 40. so correct me if im wrong but although they indeed look the same age in the movie and stuff that line is said by Austin Butler in the movie.
Before some blabbermouth starts complaining about "cultural appreciation" they should keep in mind that it was Elvis's culture too. Even a white kid is part of black culture if he literally grows up his first 15 years surrounded by black culture, going to black churches, listening to black gospel and blues, and all the rest. He was a white kid who idolized black musicians of the day and didn't care who knew it. It was Elvis's culture as well. And his effect on culture by helping bring rock and roll to the mainstream helped bring about the end of segregation. People who want to hide other people's cultures just ensure more distrust and violence. The more you learn about people the more you understand and sympathize with them. The less you learn about them the more you distrust them.
The movie was amazing but something that took me down was how much the father of elvis was useless, can't wait for the oscars go for it austin
That hypocrite parker, he claimed elvis took half of what he earned he could've did the same and the more without him, you delusional
wow, led zeppelin and the beatles were lucky they had managers who were professional and actually cared about them
There's only one Elvis .
Bless him.
I have been a Elvis fan since I can remember. I was only 12 when he died. But I know just about everything of him. At first I was like most people. Oh he faked his death. Well he really didn't. He passed away August 16th 1977. I've seen every movie he ever made and all the special's also. The movie Elvis was great. They definitely got the right man for the job. I love Elvis I always will. But the man had a problem with drugs. He never saw himself as an addict because everything he took was given to him by doctors. All his friends tried to help him and tell him the truth. He wouldn't hear it. And now his only daughter is gone to. I don't know what will happen to Graceland. I hope his grandchildren will keep it as it is. If anyone hasn't seen the movie yet watch it if you can it's really good. Elvis will always be the KING
There is a story about Tom Parker. Some of Elvis' friends said they heard that Tom killed someone in his country and his parents put him on a ship to America. That's why he would never let Elvis do tours over seas. If he ever left the US he couldn't get back in. I never understood why Elvis gave him half of everything he made. He never cared about Elvis. All he cared about was him making money for him. I never did like Ole Tom
Number 6 is wrong. When she leaves him he promises when he's 50 and she's 40 they'll get back together. Technically it was an accurate representation of the age gap.
Oscar
Ugh the cultural appropriation thing…
If a black man was born and raised in Japan, would it be cultural appropriation for him to write Japanese music? If you grow up, literally inside a culture, that makes it part of your personal culture. It doesn’t matter where you’re grandparents are born, you are born in it.
Ehhh….so basically, the movie is based on half truths … And I've lost most, if not all, respect for Tom Hanks….
The best biopic I ever seen. Enough said.
