The first video of the fritch, TX tornado he was first struck by lightning then the tornado knocks him out.
The one that hit harvest also hit Phil Campbell Alabama. It wAs an f5. There's another channel that has a video about it.

Alabama had more people killed by tornadoes than anywhere in United States.
1999 Moore F5 tornado wind speed measurements had a match earlier this year in I believe the Greenfield, Iowa tornado. Luckily, that one didn't hit nearly as much.

Man in the first clip, I believe got knocked for a loop by a nearby lighting strike. Which is also why his camera gets weird for a few seconds
And in the second, a father and son were sheltering in the white house. They both survived with minimal injuries!

As someone who looked out the window and saw a tornado across the street, EVERY tornado is scary. It took out neighbors homes, my school and the downtown area. It still feels like it happened yesterday even though its been 45 years.

After watching the full video there was a small house with an attached garage that was damaged that was across from the mobile homes. If you watch the whole video, he shows his house and family after the tornado. It is still one of my favorite videos to watch.

Thank you for these accounts. We can be told that it sounds like a train or it’s a loud roar and all we can do is imagine it. With these videos, I now KNOW what tornadoes sound like. I will watch and listen to these several more times to become very familiar with the sounds. I live in western Kentucky and we sometimes get really strong, scary storms and can’t see anything, so I will become VERY FAMILIAR with the sounds you have provided so I can be prepared, not scared silly. In the number 2 video right after the dad says "our house is freaking destroyed, Josie", her crys had me tearing up and it just broke my heart.
At 27:13 did anyone else have that moment of thought to yourself like oh my goodness tornadoes are actually more powerful than I originally thought? It shows the school door being blown open and broke the glass, but if you watch only that door it shows it there but then if you barely blink it's just gone being pulled from the suction of the tornado. Absolutely crazy how that happens in a split second.
