So the adventures that were eaten alive got teleported into a room with Kyouhukou (large crowned bug) and his cockroach spawn. It probably was misunderstanding wen they were called ants.

What about Danganronpa? There's a death in the Anime, you don't see the scene directly but the moment just before and you guess it. Someone gets his eye removed with a spoon, you see from his POV and see the spoon approach and the rest is history.

Surprised that tetsuo’s love interest from akira wasn’t on the list, she was literally suffocated by a literal overwhelming piece of flesh with puss spewing out, we literally watch her head pop; not only is it revolting, it’s completely disturbing as we hear tetsuo scream in agony about it
