  1. Not only vandalism but I’m pretty sure that’s a felony not gonna lie being that the animatronics are fully working plus they have voice boxes they have free roam through the pizza Plex and they can sense when Gregory is within eyesight like they could see further than any human being could see a small child crouching psych I phone he is taking Roxy‘s eyes taking she could beak and taking Monty‘s class as well it’s like it’s like committing a felony and property damage

  2. I'll thrown in some comments on each point here: I'm just making this comment to be part of the fun, and I do find this a fun video, so no hate or anything is intended. Just pretending what Gregory's lawyer would claim as a defense to each of these.

10- Breaking and entering – there's no proof he did commit such a crime, and patient 46 is never identified and the behaviour of patient 46 is so unlike the Gregory we see in the game that patient 46 is clearly a different person. The only time we have any evidence at all that Gregory is in the Pizzaplex is during the night the game takes place. He's not in the company database, but that could just be that he entered as a member's guest or entered legitimately as a walk in, buying a one-off entry pass, though it does hint he may have entered the place without a ticket.
9- Trespassing – Some of the evidence above applies here. While there may have been an argument for him trespassing while the place was still open, if he entered without a ticket or membership, as soon as the gates closed, with no means of opening them, and nobody there to check for any straggling guests having not yet left the building, Fazbear Entertainment is at best guilty of negligence, at worst, Vanessa is guilty of unlawful confinement. The whole premise of the game is that Gregory is trapped in there overnight against this will. He's trying to leave, that's the whole main goal of the game, leave. He's locked in, taken by Vanessa and locked in a room, is chased by someone in a bunny suit, presumably trying to murder him, and has robots sent after him to do him harm. Once all this is going on, he's no longer trespassing, he's the victim of unlawful confinement.
8- Steals Security Badges – while this is technically a crime, I think he could make a strong case with any half ways decent lawyer that he did so out of necessity – he stole stuff to help further his attempts to escape unlawful confinement and other crimes committed against him. Stealing those items he stole was necessary to save himself. He would never have survived the night if he didn't steal.
7- Steals Merch – any merch he has at the beginning of the game, there's no evidence he stole it. so that charge would likely be thrown out for lack of evidence if it even was brought before a judge. Merch he steals during the game, again, he may be able to claim, for at least some of it, necessity, he needed that stuff to help him survive the crimes he's being subjected to.
6- Resisting Arrest – no cops are called, so there's no such crime possible. Vanessa may be a security guard at the pizzaplex, and can hold him for cops to pick up, she can't make an arrest herself. Plus she does capture Gregory and does not turn him over to cops at the earliest possible opportunity he locks him in a room and unlawfully confines him. At no point is Gregory resisting arrest. There is no arrest for him to resist, and nobody with the authority to make an arrest present. He's attempting to escape a criminal who's at the least unlawfully confined him, and at worst, subjected him to extreme danger due to dangerously malfunctioning robots being used on him, putting his life in danger.
5- Vandalism – Any damage he does is in an attempt to escape unlawful confinement or in self defense as there are multiple attempted murders on Gregory during the night.
4- Fraud – If he used deceptive means to be let into the pizzaplex, there may be a case for it. As for his use of the Mr Hippo magnet to gain further access into the facility, his intent is to gain access to other parts of the facility to escape the facility through another route, when he's unlawfully confined in there when the gates lock him in with no legitimate recourse to get out another, legitimate way. There's no means to signal to staff that he's trapped so he can ask to be let out, nothing a trapped guest can do but start committing crimes in an attempt to escape. Necessity.
3- Grand Larceny – As I'm not a lawyer, I don't know what defense would apply here, but again, for many of the thefts, they're necessary to escape the place, as he is, by the time he leaves, the victim of numerous crimes, up to and including multiple counts of attempted murder, unlawful confinement, battery, assault, and several other crimes.
2- Hacking – Insufficient evidence – there's no evidence Gregory and Patient 46 are the same person, nor that Gregory even has the skills to hack the animatronics. This one just makes no sense as a claim.
1- Mruder (of Vanny) – Vanny is in the act of attempted murder on Gregory, and just committed destruction of property on Freddy. As for the "disassemble Vanny' command, it's not as simple as he just says that command and it's magically coded into the computer for the hacked bots to carry out. Vanny wrote that program or entered that command already, the use of the speech and button is just a plot devise to let us, the gamers, know what's happening, the real disassemble command would have been entered into whatever control program is being used to control the hacked robots. Gregory would not have known how to enter any new commands, nor had the time to figure it out, as Vanny was coming with the clear intent to murder Gregory. It was him or Vanny. So self defense. As for the rooftop ending, Freddy burns the building and kills Vanny when he knocks her off the roof, while she's attempting to murder Gregory might I add, so technically those charges would be on Fazbear Entertainment as it was one of their robots who did it. As crappy as FE is, in this one, they'd probably side with Gregory to save their own butts and to lay the blame for everything on Vanny. She hacked their stuff, made it malfunction and try to kill Gregory, Vanessa was just doing her job but because of the malfunctioning robots, Gregory was made suspicious of her, and so Vanessa just got caught in the middle, and was not responsible for what went wrong, the only animatronic not malfunctioning was Freddy and he followed his programming to protect a child to the bitter end, killing in the defense of an innocent boy. That way, they can scapegoat their problems onto Vanny, who's already dead and can't defend herself, and hope to buy Gregory's silence by ensuring he's absolved of all wrongdoing and if he is homeless, that he gets adopted into a wealthy family. All he has to do is go along with their story that it was all Vanny's fault.

This was fun and I hope Top 10 Gaming and anyone who reads this takes this all as having fun with a fun game.
