  1. Uhhh … was totally on board until we get to the story or Circe turning Picus into a woodpecker. Person tries to seduce a married person who's not having it, gets rejected, then violates that person by transmogrifying them into an animal. Then, when she gets called out, she turns them into animals, too, so the story goes. Then their poor wife wanders the forest looking for them until she dies.

    Yeah, I don't know if "you go girl" is the right message here, sorry. So weird, man. Missed the morality mark on this one, I think.
