Woman talked to staff at my work like sh*t ordered £60 pound steak , screamed at manager the price was way to much because steak was to fatty, the only thing left on plate was a small lump of fat bout size of my thumb nail, get this sh*t all the time
The issue is now people give a card for their reservations and then say oh use my cc on file and they leave but they TURNED off their debit card so when we go to charge it , it gets declined. Like dont go out if u dont have the money to pay for it! Stop being greedy and selfish . It ruins some businesses & then makes the wait staff question every single customer .
some restraunts make the server pay for it. These people need to stop doing this.
I wouldn't never do a dine and dash in a restaurant at all put my mom dad did have at happened to them at are gas station a lot of course one the cops come to are house once give the money back after at happened at are station when coming back home after we eat dinner we not know what happened until they told us when they pulled up at are home

I wouldn't have a problem with paying before I ate… we already do it at fast food restaurants and most buffet style restaurants. If it keeps jerks from dining and dashing ; keeps restaurants/staff from losing money they've earned, I'm happy to do it.
The IHOP one is about 6 miles from my house.
the few buffet places i have seen, you pay before you sit down. soon restaurants might have you hand over your id before you get to a sit down. stop ruining it for everyone else.
I’m in Canada as well as this amazing channel!!! Just wanna say that as a bar tender/server ( even though it’s illegal) when people walk out on my shift without paying it’s not just loss of a tip. I acutely pay for the whole bill you walked out on. That’s a lot and is unfair!!! Hope you enjoyed yourself and enjoyed all that money away you stole from my family!! Yum yum free drinks and nachos for you!!
People like those seen here are the reason so many small restaurants have had to close their doors or implement unfair policies. I've seen a few videos where the Door Dash driver confronted the person who disputed the charge. If you can't afford the place's prices, go somewhere more affordable. It's that simple.
It's amazing when it actually works but can go exceedingly bad when it doesn't now its worse with cameras and tables that record the amount of people and their choices in super fancy places and license plate readers in the parking lot it's freaking scary no way would I do this plus it's not of the cops get you it's when your family hears and your phone blows up with angry texts tweets and calls that makes you wonder if it will literally blow up with the sheer amount of rage and when you pay your fine or do jail time you have to hear about it from your family at every holiday get together and reunion till you need to get your everything changed and you are old decrepit and losing functions of yourself on your death bed

Only time I've ever done it was when the waitress took almost an hour to bring the check. My patience has a limit and my time isn't free.

I really understand. I was a Server off and on through my younger years.
So when I was out for dinner with three of my best friends…at the end of dinner one of them says, “How about we just take off?”
Stunned silence and then a real berating from my other buddies to our idiot buddy.
Came out with us, not two pennies to rub together.
So the mad scramble (the three of us were not well off or anything), trying to scrape
up enough for his tab.
It really pissed us off. He was always known as the flaky, sneaky one of our group of guys.
Always out for himself, screw anyone else…even us sometimes.

I'd love to go into these degenerates' homes, eat all their food, and take what I can't eat before leaving. This is deplorable behavior. At what point will it be common to lock a patron's ankles to the tables before the meal and unlock them once the bill has been paid? It seems barbaric but clearly somewhat necessary.
