The One Ring has already become a staple in multiple formats, but in Commander it’s still in untapped territory. I’ve been playing The One Ring in Oswald Fiddlebender and have recently modified my deck to specifically play for it. What I can say is… It’s as powerful as you’d expect. The entire deck strategy has changed alongside which combo cards are utilized. It’s crazy how one card can change so much about a deck. For more casual, I was thinking of Kydele + Silas Renn. Kydele to generate mana and Silas Renn to get back The One Ring if ever needed. Of course, untap shenanigans in the 99.

noob question. how does entombing the ring with the necron commander works? the tap ability says put a burden counter on The One Ring, but the necron commander is not the ring.
