William Birkin will always be Number 1. Is that even a question? He went through multiple stages of transformation more than anyone else in the game. Simmons was close but he was too cartoonish.
Ah yes villain/character transformations. A big staple of the resident evil franchise whether the villain or a unintentional character ends up becoming monstrous thanks to the virus inside of them evolving them into a grotesque abomination that you have to take down with everything you got. While most are villains you'll be happy to destroy and take down some you do feel bad but you have to defeat them anyway.

Saddler is the granddad of the Splitterheads.
It might not be a grand one but I really like the Chief Méndez transformation in re4. Good list man!

It seems to me that Jack Baker deserves his place in this top. Throughout Biohazard, we inflict critical damage on him, but Jack comes to life many times thanks to his gift from Evelina – fantastic regeneration. However, it can be seen that with each resurrection of his ability, it becomes more difficult to replicate his human form due to Ethan's attacks. Jack is becoming more and more like Molded and as a result in the DLC with Zoe – the last thing left of his former appearance is a small part of his face.
Krauser transformation is one of my favorites,simple but effective.
I still love Lady D's Transformation
I always view Saddlers final form not as transformation but as him releasing his plaga parasite

Monster transformations are one of my favorite things in the franchise. My favorite is definitely Birkin due to how he infected himself and the gradual transformation. I love that he has so many phases and the designs are awesome (: I liked most of these on the list but yeah, Birkin is my favorite

Got lots to say bout this one. First, the Markus transformation reminded me of the little girl from Batman: TAS clayface episode, when she said, "Ewww, Mommy she melting!" In the most horrified voice she could give😂😂😂
Second, I thought for sure that the OG Nemesis would make it on here. But after seeing the list I can't think of anyone he would replace.
I think Pesanta in Resident Evil 4 remake has one of the coolest transformation on the game, right before the final battle against Ada
