Shorikai is actually my cedh commander. Found that the commander was really good with stuff like humility and other stax effects all while being an artifact instead of a creature means it dodges a ton of creature removal and creature centered board wipes

The release of miirym made me feel like I'm playing CEDH it's so good
If someone cast a removal that target a creature on the board it also target Ivy? So whenever someone cast a removal she dies?
Whilst I agree Light-Paws is really good at what it does, it needs to be noted that it becomes a hated commander in a pod really fast. A friend of mine plays it often and even though he cut down the decks power, the commander always plays out the same and the power level of the deck seems to be much higher than it really is as it is a really fast commander. It gets protection from all colors (white excluded) and gets pumped to one-shot stats often by turn 4-5. Leading to us needing to kill it on cast each time, due to either the player running it is not having fun or the rest of us arent.

First off, great list. I started lists for Ivy and Miirym a while back and am inspired to go complete those.
Next, in the Obscura Operations commander deck from SNC, there is an oft-overlooked Legendary sphinx by the name of "Tivit, Seller of Secrets." Having a cost of 3WUB is an intimidating hurdle, when ramp is limited for these colors. With that said, though, there are ways to slow down your opponents(without going full stax – I'm no monster!) and allow your board to develop. Plus Tivit is a big boi(6/6) with evasion and protection in flying and ward 3. There are so many ways to get value through voting and token generation. My build uses blinking effects to generate a large number of tokens, and then a few methods to mobilize those tokens(Cyberdrive Awakener, Rise & Shine, etc.) and swing in for victory. It has been a lot of fun, and if built/piloted correctly could be a nightmarish cEDH deck to encounter.

tivit seller of secrets is easily my no 1 for 2022, and goshintai is 2nd followed by giada which is 3rd. all 3 decks i've built this year and added to my collection 😂
Great video! I use a 3rd of these guys as commanders. I think Tivit, Seller of Secrets should’ve made your list to, though I know it costs more cmc wise, but it’s such a fun and powerful commander
Shorikai is so fun. Plus the new Teferi synergy with it is insane. Love how you can go full vehicle build or reanimator. Lots of fun and possibilities
Jetmir and Elas il-Kor
Nice list. Has a good balance between straight up strong commanders and commanders that are fun/diverse to play with. Personal favourites I would have added, Marneus and Tivit. Tivit can be really powerful at lower-mid power levels when piloted correctly and Marneus feels extremely strong at any level except cEDH so far. Granted the two are missing arguably the best colour in commander at the moment, red.
Ishin is great. Although, I may proxy him to have bushido 1 and add triggered "..attacking AND blocking" to use those sweet samurai bushido's. I'm in the minority over this and it's not powerful, but it's the theme. Samurai in Neon Dynasty were a bit of a letdown.
Miirym is such a dumb power creep card.
Agreed about the cross-overs. I don't want them in our pod.
My personal favorite is Myrkul, so many great combos to be made just by turning creatures into enchantments. You can even turn planeswalkers into enchantments by using a few combos

My Isshin deck has only won in 1v1 or 2v2v2 battles, but it's still my favorite. It feels good that I've built it from scratch and it's pretty darn powerful. My friends run decks that are up to 100% proxies, so I'm not ashamed of how well he performs. Definitely deserving of the top spot.
I feel slightly targeted as I still play a Progenitus deck, it is not good, but makes people play more aggressively just sitting beside it.

Isshin was underwhelming at best
[[Hinata, Down Crowned]] not showing up in this list makes no sense to me. There are 2-3 commanders in this list that doesn't even go near the power of Hinata.
Isshin with Starlight Spectacular lol … If you are willing to play unfinnity that is. 😂

Lightlaws has to be one of my least favourite, its just so braindead and one dimensional, its the kind of deck you play one game in a fairly casual setting because you arent sure exactly how strong it is, you stomp some people with like 7/10 power decks and then take the deck apart

I built shorikai as a control deck just filled with board wipes.
Ivy is my favorite… I love the different combinations that come from a deck built around that card.
