Thanks for the video. Would you consider making a guide on the invasions? I hope I'm explaining right. Basically the PVE rates that come when there is enough heat from your encampment. I can't find videos on it anywhere.
Great video. I havent seen the all map yet but now I had a chance 🙂 Also I already built almost same spot with your jungle base area and convert it to a farm base (Farm, wood, stone, animals etc basic stuff) and build a teleport device to go to main which is just southeast of the wetland portal next to water. Its a lifehack 🙂 Hardly reccomended by me 😉
Is there an easier way to move camp other than running back and forth with everything in your alpaca?
different seeds require different temperature, did you think about advance farming guide ?
The #1 spot you mentioned was my spot before moving to the Hills! It really is a fantastic beginner to mid spot!
What happens when you leave that tribe visitor that comes by that tells you to get out after placing the bonfire?
I like beach side, I hope the game can have rafts that can be built on like in ark2.
Thank you for making this video! I ended up rebuilding my base as close to the jungle portal as I could get. It's not very flat so it was a challenging build, but I think I will enjoy the ease of having a portal in my back yard as I expand out to other biomes. I love this game, but traveling around the map is brutal.
The use of aerial shots, if applicable, provides a unique perspective that adds grandeur to the visual narrative. It's a cinematic flourish that doesn't go unnoticed.

Hii how do you get that kind of headgear? I just got to iron armor but i dont see that one you are wearing
I would say base 2 and 3 locations are the perfect starting/mid game once you have gained a few levels and got used to the game. So close to everything you need at the start and the portal is a game changer! I'm currently building my new base right in front of a portal in the wetlands now and I can't go back! Though I will have my own personal portals when I stop been lazy and go kill the bosses lol but until you get those I recommend building close to the world portals if you can!
Bonus points for location 3 because the music is so nice!

I wonder what you'd find as a good spot in the snow biome for a small base.
Building on top of rocks/mountains like spot nr 5, does not work. Because if you get invaded, and the invaders don't find a natural path without climbing into the base, they will just rain down from above into the middle of your base.. where you usually have a structure covering your bonfire…. and thus begin to destroy your base from above.
You showed two of my locations on here. first one was location 11 which is where I built my starter. Then my next location was the improved location at location 13, I'm a creative player and built a Palace atop the highground and a "stairway to heaven" from the natural bridge. very fun location.

Wouldn't suggest building on the stone pillars (like in suggestion 5). There needs to be a natural way of pathing, for the NPCs.
When/if you get invasions; the pathing of the NPCs gets interrupted and they tend to spawn right at the very top – right on your base (because they can't get to it otherwise). This removes all sorts of defenses you might have thought you had, and starts them just smashing up things right away.
Have had this happen twice already – first time got me all confused, and the second time was when I was actually getting ready to move locations.
Don't do this. Extremely bad suggestion, if you've got invasions turned on.
