  2. cinnabar is very familar to those who've watched "Empresses in the Palace" & "Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace", though it's not related to makeup

    I thought kohl was supposed to be beneficial for the eyes?

    wasn't arsenic already in Victorian green dresses?
