  2. My take, Of course he was targeted, Just like Gruden. Here is undisputed, laser guided proof.
    The NFL is owned by 32 men and led by one crazy Clown. The entire NFL oozes & flaunts misogyny & blatant exploitation of beautiful, fit, scantily clad and horrifically underpaid women called cheereleaders…

    Does Ventrells complaint mention THAT? Ahhhh NO!

    Then the case MUST BE THROWN OUT! Unless of course you're going to INDITE all'f the NFL. #FatChance.

  4. It's almost always going to be a McAfee, especially if it's best person for the job. Because there are thousands more of them, and likely more motivated. Let alone only so many Joe Montanas, and much more likely they end up as good at it as…Joe Montana the broadcaster.

AJ Hawk not practicing and balling out at the end of his career combined with Bisaccia's reportedly easier – energy conserving practices and subsequent late season run, in contrast with Gruden's notoriously difficult late season practices and subsequent back to back late season collapses only re-illustrates and reconfirms his deficiencies as a head coach. Yes, I will always love Gruden and he'll always be a Raider in my eyes, but his bullheaded stubbornness and overarching/overbearing ego was his downfall. His personnel decisions, unwillingness to 100% vocalize to the media, single-minded, unbelievably obvious – predictable play calling, his hasty decision to CUT one of Mayock's hand-picked much needed DBs that he signed early in Free Agency = Rasol Douglas after a Rams receiver picked a fight with him and he was what, just supposed to stand there and take it like a punk-ass-bitch…??? Especially after shutting him down both days…??? Are you kidding me…??? Al Davis would have signed him to an extension on the spot!!!
    Add to this his lack of awareness that multiple players had mentioned that Ruggs need for speed was wreckless, so far, but was asking for trouble if it continued, yet he never pulled his prized 1st round pick aside to make sure that he didn't become a cautionary tale told in the league's rookie only introduction to the NFL, here's what not to do presentations!!! That's terrible awareness skills. And his my opinion is the only one that counts made the players that he built up elevate their focus, effort and desire to prove him right, most of the time, at least for the younger players, but for players like the might as well be called "the Brothers Brown" (because they shat all over our team) = AB and TB, it fed their egos and made them think that they could get away with anything = like not practicing or being too good to play for the Raiders!!!
    So we not only lost a budding superstar WR in Ruggs, but also had The Brothers Brown blowup 2 consecutive seasons!!! Both of which started great, but because of them and Gruden overworking our players in practice which probably led to burnout and a whole bunch of injuries from trying too hard while being exhausted, which left us decimated and because of his stubbornness and horrible personnel decisions, we didn't have the production from the guys he had heavily invested in, nor the depth to replace all of the players that we were missing due to injuries!!! AND because of his predictable play calling and unwillingness to use plays that had been successful earlier in the season, it left Carr in horrible = no win positions far too often which made just about everyone except for people that really know the team and coaches and most importantly, the game of football, knowing that the only reason we even ever had a chance in those games was because of Carr!!! Yet because click-bait mainstream media knows that people always blame the QB and Gruden never outright said that it wasn't at all Carr's fault, the fans that didn't know the game of football and even some that did but were frustrated and annoyed started piling on Carr… I was infuriated by this!!! Again, that was on Gruden trying to play mind games with Carr to make him elevate his game, which was BULLSH¡T, because he never adjusted his approach to the modern era of players. Yes, he made Carr better, but it could have been done a lot quicker and more effectively if he wouldn't have let his ego make him determined to take football players are only allowed to be tough guys mentality and if they aren't, I'll make the tough or ship them out… the players have changed, just like the game has, it's advantage passing game and high scores, not run, grind, run, Oops 3rd and long, we have no choice but to pass, go for it Carr… essentially tying 1 hand behind his back and saying go get us the first down, but don't force the ball, take the check down unless he's wide open… then everyone blames Carr for not getting the 1st down or touchdown, yet he was only given 1 chance on a 3rd and long = obvious passing down without a true #1 WR…??? BULLSH¡T!!! Especially when we've seen what he could do when he has a legitimate #1 WR!!!!!!!!! AND even then, he hasn't really had a true Top5 or Top10 WR since his days at Fresno!!! UNTIL NOW!!! HE HASN'T HAD AN EXPERIENCED AND SUCCESSFUL, TRULY BRILLIANTLY CLEVER OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR UNTIL NOW!!! OR A MULTIPLE LOOK DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR WITH 2 DOMINANT PASS RUSHERS ON THE OUTSIDE AND A QUICKLY DEVELOPING SECONDARY, UNTIL NOW!!! AND ALL OF THAT COMBINED WITH A TOP5 SPECIAL TEAMS UNIT = SUPERBOWL CONTENDERS AND QUITE POSSIBLY SUPERBOWL FAVORITE THANKS TO MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE QB DC4 = DEREK CARR AND DAVANTE ADAMS REUNITED AND THE BRILLIANT FRONT OFFICE, COACHING STAFF AND PLAYERS THAT KNOW THAT THEY ARE BUILDING A DYNASTY!!!!!!!!!
    SO STAY HEALTHY THROUGHOUT OTAs, TRAINING CAMP, THE PRESEASON, THE REGULAR SEASON AND THE POSTSEASON LAS VEGAS RAIDERS AND…
    JUST WIN, THE SUPERBOWL, BABY!!!
    AND THEN, DO IT AGAIN, AND AGAIN… THEN AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
