So sad. As a nurse I know if this trauma. Prayers for all. It happens at home, and other locations. Choking is a risk for all kids.
Did they not have the required training, or could they just not get the mango un lodged? I need more info…
It sounds like a terrible accident. Could have happened anywhere.
