About Gold Shaw Farm: Gold Shaw Farm is more of a farm-in-progress than an honest-to-goodness farm. We dream that someday we can transform our 150+ acre parcel of land into a regenerative and productive homestead and farm.

Thank you for explaining why you say "gooslings"! I've been wondering for ages why you sometimes say it instead of "goslings."
In my opinion, you should let the geese eat the buckwheat cover crop in the greenhouse and then reseed the greenhouse with winter wheat and peas and you would still have plenty of time for that wheat and pea crop to be big enough to bring the adult geese back into the greenhouse in fall. You might be sacrificing your pumpkins though, so maybe that doesn’t work.
18:07 looks like 2 eggs Abby dog passed by.
Abby is much more a social dog than Toby. I hate that you criticize her for it. A dog breed is not cookie cutter replica of each other. She is more curious and wants to be with her pack. Cows aren’t them! But sheep might be. Just saying.
You might want to get another dog.
I really don’t think stationing Abby in Siberia is going to work! You may want to herd the cows in at night if there is a real danger to them.
I love that Morgan basically just DRAGGED White House On The Hill for their (quite uncomfortable to watch) dehorning video. 👍
My life has changed Thank you Jesus.$35,000 weekly profit Our lord God have lifted up my Life!!!, Glory to the everlasting God Almighty.
I have learned that from the ages of a few days old to around 6 months, calves go thought this fear period. I just ignore them and continue just hanging with the herd.
Wow! Great camera work, Auntie Abby. Also, great cow grooming.
I've been watching your YouTube channel for several months now, and just want to let you know how much the videos mean to me. My family owned a generational farm in rural VA until 2001 when my dad sold it. I'm reliving my youth and love of the farming way of life through you. Your positive attitude, and passion for what you are doing, are inspirational to me. Please keep up the videos!
Oh boy! That's not good! She might get in trouble if wild animals around! Good luck Morgan!
13:34 You need to deposit a clutch of eggs out in the field ( near where other eggs have been stolen ) with the camera focused directly on that clutch ( i.e. near over head mounted on on a post ), to see what comes to steal those eggs.
17:41 Abby appears to be checking out all the wild animal scents along the property boundary. Perhaps part of her natural herd guarding instincts.
Hey Morgan LOVE your videos. When riding always your thumb under the handle. It Will prevent your face from smashing against the bike.
Some girls just need to get out and sniff the world 😉
I thought you already talked about a solution for the Abby issue… you had those smart-collars with GPS tracker in them, you could set up areas where if she leaves the area the collar vibrate to make her understand she is out of bounce.
Is it possible to create/purchase a virtual fence for Abby, much like her e-collar, that buzzes her when she gets too close to the boundary?
Is it me, or did Abby find an egg in the woods.. looking for the egg thief?
Maybe Abby gets lonely up there.
Why don't you just plant an egg in front of the camera instead of hoping the ducks randomly lay one near them?
My favorite thing about how you treat Abby and Toby is much like a parent and their two very different children. I admire how you are finding their individual strengths while making sure they are safe. With Abby finding a way out reminds me of a parent working really hard to set something up safely and then their toddler coming in and saying NOPE. I'm glad that Abby found that loophole. That way you can keep her safer better.
That dog dont hunt. Hopefully you can find a way to keep her up there, she has such a nice personality
Hi. I think she was sniffing out a certain area. Maybe look at the area to see if someone or something was laying in the grass… Footprints…
Abbey getting loose was so staged, but still fun.
Halo collar perhaps.
There. Is no sneaking wben you left the door open. That is an invitation to go on
I live on the west coast so visiting your farm to buy a duck is highly unlikely but i wouldnt visit if i coulfnt pet the dogs anyway
Drone + shock collar maybe?
More Abby cam, pls! Such an interesting view of your farm environment.
