They uncover a prophecy involving the Skar King’s past and an impending clash. With the reborn Mothra’s help, Kong and Godzilla unite to face the Skar King and Shimo, battling across Rio De Janeiro in a fight that could induce another ice age.
As the factions clash, Suko, a juvenile from Kong’s tribe, helps turn the tide by destroying the crystal controlling Shimo. In a final showdown, Kong and Shimo freeze and shatter the Skar King, restoring peace. However, new disturbances hint at an even greater danger on the horizon.
