Remember, that while the 'suit and tie ethno-nationalist', like Stuart Rhodes, may have the education of someone you wouldn't peg for a racist, he is one.
The pocket squares, MBAs and $90 haircuts might short out your brain, they use those seemingly contradictory class signifiers to cozy up to the money and power brokers, using people they radicalize from little pockets of middle class America that have never brushed up against the reality of racism in America.
He and those like him are the Gentrification of White Nationalism, as Innuendo Studios put it so eloquently. A lot of us still see White Nationalists and Racists as 'low class' or 'white trash', but the whole idea of the blue collar Republican is a myth used by said 'Suit and Tie White Nationalists' to take the Left's critique of Systems and redirect it towards a scapegoat, and those 'fly over states' are prime territory for carving out small pockets of radicalized rubes to use as justification for Right Wing politicians to go further to the Right because of the illusion of a larger voting base.
The point isn't to tamp down on the anti-racist talking points… it's to do it more. Go full Anti-Racist because showing reality to those who've had the wool pulled over their eyes is the best way to get them to 'get it'. Exposure is the best medicine for living in a fish bowl.
