  1. Hey Lily! We love your videos, keep it up, it's super encouraging!

Im so so happy to hear that you've been getting into the Bible with Paisley. Weve been praying for your family ❤

Its literally changed my life for the better. I became born again 7 years ago and its the best decision I've made asking Jesus to be my Lord and Savior.

The Bible talks about deliverance and while you mentioned having these voices being not kind to you…those voices are not actually your voices but the devil who is a liar and will mimick our voice (not to sound so dark but its the truth). You can use the name of Jesus to tell those thoughts to leave and declare scripture which is spirit and truth over your mind when the enemy attacks you with negative thinking.

Such as, "I have power, love and a sound mind! In Jesus name amen!" Replace the lie with truth.

It was a Christian who told me this back in the day because I used to struggle with negative thinking and now I've renewed my mind in Christ and now I have peace of mind.

The Bible is all about setting the captives free and Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. You're a child of God! And Jesus loves you! Keep turning to him and he will guide you.

Also repentance and renouncing sin is so important to closing the door to the devil and to not allow any legal rights for tormenting thoughts.

If you feel the need for deliverance there's self-deliverance videos with Noah Hines.

  2. My self care I’ve been trying to keep up with that has helped me is in the summer waking up before the kids and sitting on the front porch, in the winter in moments I start to feel overwhelmed I’ll go into a quieter room, sit on the floor where I can look outside and see the trees and practice taking deep breaths. Something about nature that just helps! Even ifs it’s just a visual.

  3. I’m super into working within and around your cycle!!! I personally grocery shop based on it. I noticed have a cycle of foods I crave, the same exact cravings each individual week. This way I’m likely to utilize all the groceries and waste less, rather than buying some random list of ingredients based on Instagram recipe ideas- which I then didn’t feel like eating. I’m not sure if other people experience this.

Other cultures have a concept called hot and cold foods- it’s not based on temperature but groups of food that fuel us better for certain parts of life- pregnancy, illness, etc. I think it makes perfect sense to tap into the cycle with a focus on how to navigate motherhood. I’ve never directly had that thought before but I’m all about it!

  4. I get sensory overload SO EASILY from clothes. I have so many cute clothes but it’s like… well if I wear that I need jeans and if I wear jeans, I need to wear real shoes and NOPE. I’ll wear something else. I’m don’t feel ready to part with the clothes, but also am I ever going to wear them? 🫣

Then I put on my hiking boots and a hoodie.

  5. OMG the outfit thing I am too struggling with I struggling with finding what fits the new MOM me not the Old me you know? Like all my current clothes are pre-pregnancy mostly! Share those Secrets! You are so relatable it is what I needed and didnt know lol. I just downloaded the Lively app to try it out bc I never considered it. I get really irritable after. I can Relate to those voices in your head telling you your not enough. I have survived on top of everything else a past domestic violence situation and I have to tell myself daily that those are just Cognitive Distortions but its tough because I am not sure about everyone else but I am my own worst critic. Forts are a no in my house my daughter the 2nd time we did it jumped off our sofa face first and busted her lip I thought she would need stitches I banned them for the moment. My daughter is my dish helper as I was she "rinses". I do Paint by number to Tune out. I am doing a custom one of my daughter one of my favorite pics of her plying in a sprinkler on a canvas as a painting so far its looking amazing its the biggest I have done so far. You can get them on amazon. What is the diet called I am struggling with losing baby weight. We do the pet store ourselves and arcades are a good option as well most toddlers go thing to thing so you will spend little to nothing. I agree a video on MOM guilt would be amazing!!!
