I remember when I was 11 I was running around playing with my friends in some banquet hall. And then seemingly out of nowhere I gained a higher level of conscious awareness of the world that I was in. I felt a sudden dread come over me because I felt like I was trapped in a black cube of a universe where it looped till infinity and there was no way of getting out. I started crying and my friends were all confused cuz a moment ago we were just running around playing lol. So I just sat with the adults and my mom kept asking what was wrong. All I can say was “what happens after we die” . All of the parents at the table thought I was crazy.
Your mention of the black cube made me think back to this experience. Maybe that experience was not some random occurrence after all. This dread of feeling trapped continued till my mid teens and I would only get it at night.
