I told her, the one thing that makes me walk away from people fastest is imprinting their emotions onto me. I think she got the message because she respects me differently.
Unless she adds to the convo, literally just treat these women like children. They prefer it that way.
They’re right their value doesn’t come from men. It comes from being a mother. A man is a part of that but not the centre of it. So they’re coming out the gate with the wrong attitude in the first place.

As I'm leaving the company, managers are telling me they dont know how to fix the issues- ive told them ad nauseum, stop hiring little girls, stop accepting lazy bs behavior, start a culture of teamwork. But no, they stayed the same the entire 6 months i was there. Everyone was sad i was leaving because i was one-of-a-kind (im not bragging) which is frustrating because i simply came to work to work. Others came to air out dirty laundry, get high, and complain.
