  3. Fishing vessels that use nets need to develop a way to retrieve damaged or lost nets. Hundreds of thousands of fish die each year unnecessarily after getting caught up in this debris. The fact that there are several nets shown in this video means they can be located and removed. All you have to do is put the camera down and grab a knife.
