  3. Wonderful performance from Tia , i did not know that Tina sustained an injury last season , so this is why she under performed last year but much improvement in their running style , hats off to Frano for the great job he is doing with these young athletes

  4. Tee…Kishane is mostly running against 60m specialist so against competition like those….he'll always be left in the blocks. That goes for just about any 100m medal contenders. Like I said last week…outdoor and indoors are two different things so THIS track might just be the true measure of where Kishane is currently and NOT the blazing 6.4+ he ran last week.
