  1. No call to Anthony… If it wasn't for him you wouldn't have a show to visit and Leech off of… He Like the rest of us hate evil pieces of crap cowards…any race…that doesn't make him a racist… He said Nia wasn't attractive… A personal opinion… That's no big deal… I think she has a great smile and sense of humor and is an angel to have to deal with your typical comedian idiosyncrasies… Now he has a health issues… Be a man and give him a call…

  2. It was Michael Hutchence from INXS. He suffered brain damage from a fight which took away his senses of smell and taste; his death years later was attributed to an overdose. The story of autoerotic asphixiation was started by his girlfriend.. who also dabbled in drugs, not surprisingly, and died of overdose a few years later.

  3. Paulie, temperature therapy is about the nervous system at it's core. The sweating aspect of sauna time is obviously removing toxins as well, with a longer conversation we can have about the principles of how temperatures affect your energetics. The addition of cold is a basic tenet for exercising the body's ability to oscillate between extremes and heighten the brain's ability to warm or cool the body in necessary environments. Jumping into a cold lake or dipping into a ice bath tank after the sauna is incredibly good for the heart & circulatory system. Like the squat a day principle, it's activating a range of capability in the autonomous response system. While the squats are increasing longevity of mobility, daily routines of sauna / ice bath trains the body to drop into homeostasis even when you are in a place of crisis.

  4. I think it was Michael Hutchins(?)from Inxs…
My olfactory nerves were severed from a skull fracture in 1989. At first it didn’t seem so bad and eventually there was some depression but eventually I let it go. I can’t change it so wtf. Although, I’ve never thought about putting a belt around my neck and wankin the wobbly warhead.

  6. Oh shit Bill is stepping his game up. If he had done this during the pandemic these low-level guests would be fine. But right now he's lining up to be on par with blocks by Neil Brennan. Neil's bringing on great guests now but it's a lil late.

Burr could actually rival 2 bears, or Rogan, or Cam and Mase new sports show. Maybe all of em with the right production.

Burr is waaaaaay more relatable than Rogan. Rogan has become so much like Huberman and Goggins its not relatable like it used to be.

  7. When Bill was talking about the ice baths, and he mentioned the average Joe using them, there was a pause after he said average Joe, I bet he was thinking of his buddy Joe Rogan, he subliminally talks crap on him quite a bit.
