  1. I love to go out and just look and shop at thrift stores. We have a nice one a few blocks away from my home. It is very clean and well organized. I liked those 2 cookbooks that you got today. I also have many cookbooks. An entire drawer in my kitchen holds them all. So nice to see you two walking together. It really does keep you in shape. Enjoyed the video. Stay warm and safe. God bless.

  5. They have that store set up so nice! Furniture is so expensive nowadays, we just bought 2 Lazyboy recliners and it was over $2000.00! My husband and I are both tall so we pretty much have to shop there. Update on my husband’s eyes, they are both doing great! He still has to do drops every 6 hrs., but that should change after awhile. God is good!! Thanks for taking us along!🥰

  6. Life goal of mine is to thrift in the USA. I have thrifted in Japan and purchased Kimonos for myself and family. I paid ¥3300 which is cheap. But also just the gown part. There are alot of parts to a proper kimono. I live in Australia and thrift or op shop (op for opportunity) alot. But ours are sometimes more expensive than new! Shame that

  7. I like your purchases today!! I discovered a long time ago that when I go "thrifting", books and paper products for crafting are what I come home with. I'll be interested in seeing what you make using the Cooking Light cookbook. I too, am loving this wonderful fall weather. 🍁🌻🍂 🙂

  9. I love thrifting also. I have made many recipes from Southern Living magazines. One of my favorites was cream cheese braids. I still make that occasionally. If my memory serves me right the recipe makes three. Enjoy your cookbooks Miss. Marie. Blessings to you both……🚘❤️🙏🎚️🗽🥰
