  1. I am 52 and have never had a Pabst Blue Ribbon. I hope you had a great Christmas. We are going to play rummy for New Year's Eve. I appreciate your channel and the efforts you go to in order to produce shows for us to watch. I enjoy all your videos. Thanks!

  2. if you ever find yourself in the los angeles area you should go to the Pasadena City college flea market held on first sunday of the month and also to the rose bowl flea market held on the second sunday of the month. They have websites. These two are amazing and not always expensive. They are filled with tons of vintage stuff. This area is the heart of the movie industry and with many many prop houses in the area things get bought and sold through out the decades by collectors are just the average person looking for cool stuff. Been there many times. Totally worth the adventure.

  3. Those shelves look like our stores…only year around! Yep…the TONS of clear glass…and mugs by the score!! Tupper ware…remember the kitchen stuff…toys?? Those I don't recall…but in the 80s, I was past looking at that decade's output…my eyes were on the lookout for 1920-1950s toys, which, I have a pretty neat collection…started collecting back in 1963! Caught a glimpse of a cute white ceramic owl…I do collect owls as well…my favorite bird. I love the multiple price stickers on the bowls…to defeat sticker switchers! Another bowl and tableware line which has been copied is Fiesta Ware. May the garbage picking/thrift/storage unit/auction/estate sale/cleanout gods be with you!! Ditto…2022 was a slim thrifting year here as well.

  4. I missed it…but the second look…I saw that cute penguin holding his little offspring…he would have been coming to his new home! I'm turning 80, and never had Pabst, or any beer, or hard stuff! I forgot…have a great '23!

  5. Grew up in suburban Milwaukee (late 1970's), We had the usual class colors, class motto, and of course the class beer – PBR – served at all graduation parties. The legal age for drinking alcohol at the time was 18 … It was a rite of passage … haven't had any since!
