Orchestrated by the Warmaster of Chaos: Horus Lupercal to stall the Dark Angels Legion from interfering with his plans, the Night Lords proved to be a fitting opposition to these proud and noble warriors.
For three years the protracted and grueling war between the Lion of Caliban and Night Haunter of Nostramo waged, a Crusade which left scars on both sides of this bloody saga of the Horus Heresy.

There should be rules to unite all the races. I always wanted to run a campaign. Where the main enemy faction is a federation. All the players obviously compete for resources ect … But there would be one faction of all the factions independent from their original one. What could possibly be more heretical in 40K. Than a faction of All Space Marine types, Eldar, Ork & Tau….No the bugs would be the exception. What would be funniest about the federation. Is that the SM would be technically true to the original imperial truth. The Tau would be truly secularists & the Eldar more sage like. Imagine a Primaris Heavy squad of non-chaos Iron Warrior or Death Guard. Night Lord Primaris Jump Pack Marines. All mixed together maybe with an Eldar Psyker in the mix & Tau support fire lol & Ork screening units Jesus Christ that would be awful to fight against

Funny it took extreme levels of weapons to even break the Night Lord's to a manageable level. Not bad for a bunch of "murderers" and then it took the support of the white scars so in essence.. two legions against one and yet, everyone say the Night Lords are cowards lmao.
