  1. So the emporer did give him an out and he didn't take it, which basically made him hate magnus in the end. Also God what would the setting look like if magnus took the deal and was the grand master of the fucking grey knights

  2. Wow, Magnus forgave Mortarion?!

Where was that compassion with Perturabo?

Like all the Traitor Primarchs had no respect for the siege master but the one practicing Witchcraft forgave the one who persecuted him?

  3. Sending the calm and reasonable Leman Russ as a diplomat instead of Guilliman who is kinda shrewd and knows what to say based on who he is talking to was as always a classic Imperium decision.

  6. god everyone says that magnus is just an idiot for doing what he did but they way you describe it makes it so much more tragic. magnus was already one of my favorite primarchs but man this just makes it so much better

  7. I feel all these takes on thousand sons misses one of the most important nuances of him messaging the emperor- it was the decision of a council, which was convinced by a speech by the thousand sons marine who was appointed by malcador to monitor the thousand sons after the council.

Absolutely love your videos, your passion shows so much when you do scenes of the books it honestly feels the closest we have to a play or movie! ❤

I did however have 3 questions regarding this video.

    1. What was the emperors reaction when he found out the order got switched to kill magnus and the thousand sons, we never see the emperors point of view throughout this.

    2. Since magnus joined Horus entirely at first because of the burning Prospero would you considered his heresy justified and other than him who else was considered justified in going against the emperor? Despite him fighting the emperor I actually sympathize with Magnus in not wanting his Sons to he cast out or replaced in which at the first half if the heresy I do agree with him.

    3. And lastly this might have been a what if but I know the grey knights were being made as a replacement legion for him but many also speculate the blood ravens as a chapter derived of the thousand sons do to there obsession of knowledge.

What do you think? Hope you get this and big thanks for your videos❤

  9. From what i remeber Constantin Valdor was on Prospero.
I don't belive that Emperor didn't give the general of Legio Custodes same orders that Wold King got.
Then how Reman changed his plan after reciving orders from Warmaster if he get his orders directly from Emperor him self. Why Valdor didn't intervine?
I see a plot hole here.

  10. 1:14:54 as usual, there was an understatement, overinterpretation and omission of loophols. What type of fate would his legion face. Slow death under the eya of beloved Primarch and protection of the Emperor, during rebuilding of the Empire, webway or straight forward anichilation but bolters and flames. If first option then forgivnes is good (still hellish but good) if second option then hell no.
