Have you encountered any arena teams with a bolster set yet?😎
Lol after 3 years, they finally make bombs relavant…for about 3 months, then render them useless
I have build lord shazar to bomb Them in arena , now i Will put him THE vault again and use Genbo again he hits like a truck !
First they wanted us to use bombs more, and now they made bombs in Arena useless again. Pick one, dammit!
I honestly wouldn't mind longer and more drawn out fights vs 6-10 second farms, BUT like you said it would have to fundamentally rework how arena/rush hour functions. But, to be honest, rush hour is the stupidest thing in the game anyway, so this would be a great change. It's so dumb to have 7 days worth of work come down to 15 minutes (in the middle of the night, for many users), instead of basing it on the entire week's W/L rate AND on defense W/L.
Don't get me wrong, fast fights are fun too, but it's super boring and monotonous to just auto-farm all week and then only have to "try" for 15-30 mins at 4am on a Sunday night. I've got my avatar already so I don't even bother with Plat reset anymore, but I would LOVE to have a reason to do arena again!
Re: fight duration at reset: if Bolster really makes the average Plat fight take 4 minutes+ won't that alter the "last 20 minutes are all that counts & speed wins rule" dynamic, so that ppl could climb the rankings earlier & stay up there w fewer fights at the end?
(Looking for a silver lining as a player that can climb to top 10 but can't win quickly enough to stay there during reset.)
Arena sucks as it is this is just going to make 3v3 and arena 30% longer to do bad move on pl s part

anyone knows whether Suzerain "banish from time" this can remove protected buffs, cuz says it cannot be BLOCKED or RESISTED ??

another reason to quit raid
I'm following few youtubers about raid, because I was looking to find tricks for some dungeons, arena, clan boss or doom tower. But in some way yours is my favorite, because you've more creative mind (even if some genius of raid found amazing things you didn't… In most of your content you try to find the trick or to think out of the box and that is so enjoyable).
Now, I'm commenting on this video because something funny happened to my arena team after watching it.
1 month ago I've pulled out from shard "Mountain King", I've upgraded him to 60 cause he's good rated but I could figure out any synergy with my other champs, so I didn't equiped him and forgot about him.
After watching this video, I was thinking about making a "go 2nd" team using "Bolster set" (with many shields to survives all nukers first hits). So I was looking for my highest base hp champ and I found out that the highest one was this unused "Mountain King"
After giving him Bolster set, I tried some classic arena. Obviously with my far way best "go 2nd" team champion that always been "Seeker" with Frenzy set( he's really a monster with that set). And I tried 2-3 rounds with different champions and nothing good really went out of it. So I tried 1 more with Mithrala and Lydia (both in Perception sets). And the magic happened…I can't explain this synergy but it's just like all champions are matching together and beat most of teams (slowly but still). So I guess with some improvements it'll be an amazing defense arena team or offense when I want to fight all opponent teams).
For sure it's far of being the best team ever, I saw many better teams. But I don't have much of good legendaries for arena (I don't have Duchesse or Siphi or Kriss etc…
I was totally not expecting to get a new arena team just by testing Bolster set 😀😀👍

Thanks for content 🙂 i'm returning and still a noob 😀 i just like it bc with forge pass yo u can just craft so many 5-6 stars instantly lol and the shield begins at start every round in different waves ^^ so as you said for clan boss it's flat out just that but the healing and the shield it brings for my noob tail (since i don't know what i'm doing :D) actually helps m e over lifekill as it helps all my champions but take my comment wiht a grain of salt ^^ i'm just happy i have stuff to use when farming for gear fails LOL

Try putting hex out with mithrala lifebane if they petrification when the bomb go off they will hit 3x the damage

hey, is it possible to put multiple bolster sets on champions and stack the shields?
Putting set on my new Elegaius 😆
the shield of enemies I face usually gets destroyed if Gaius places the bombs, but I'm only running low Gold V Arena
This will make plat pushes even more impossible for those of us not in the super elite gear realm. 1 minute fight isnt fast enough. Now they will be 5 min fights.
