I lost my 50/50 for Astra, I'm guaranteed for Evelyn now, no regrets. Evelyn is such a baddie.
In terms of story length. Hoyo has been listening. Hi3 at least. They shortened their chapters and they've been very concise but they still suffer from "i kinda dont give a shit about this subplot and pov" so they can stand to shorten even more.
Zzz has just been fire through and through. Star rail is getting longer though and i dont follow genshin enough to have an input.
It's crazy how Belle turns into the simp if you choose Wise lmao. brotha you dissing on my boi hurt fr at least he got the demo haha
I thought the 1.5 story was amazing. It quickly got the story rolling as we were already introduced to the new characters in 1.4. Great relationship between Astra and Eve with well written dialogue and voice acting. A ton of beautiful cutscenes and the Astra Yao music (which is released as a mini-album on Spotify), is also just a joy to listen to. The pacing was excellent and I appreciate the additional cutscene, of characters seeing Starloop tower falling as their going about their day in New Eridu. To me that just makes the world feel much so more lived in.
Will you be doing Ellen's new agent story?
I like that the story telling rotates between 2D art, 3D in game, side by side voiced dialgoues, and manga panel style..while being consistent in voicing important dialogues.

Kinda wish theyd nerf the atk scaling on story mode just so players could hear all voicelines because goddamn. im sure i missed some parts too because of that
