I've been watching this one pretty closely, I think I'd give it a go, has been a minute since I've played through the game, looking forward to it!
I never played colosseum, I always wanted to give it a go, but never got around to it as I never had the console. I got it mixed up with the recent pokemon release on virtual console and I was really excited to finally play it, but it wasn't the game I was thinking of. I wish Nintendo would release this on virtual console. If not this fan remake would be a nice tideover.

Seeing the thumbnail of this video next the Pokemon Direct being recommended today got me unreasonably excited, then very disappointed. I thought Nintendo was remaking this game.
Didn't know about the demake and I'm super excited to try it, but its sad Nintendo won't give this same another chance. Get video!

That’s skill. colosseum and xd were the best Pokémon games ever made. It’s only yrs later that game freak and crema started trying to incorporate the success of those games more so by crema with double battles
